Although little emphasis is placed on belts / sash or ranking, for the purpose of teaching, students are divided into groups according to their ability and length of time training:
Beginning of "Wing Chun Kung Fu Martial Art Academy, India " with white sash then the fowling grade starts.
• Grade 1 - 3 to 6 months
• Grade 2 - Next 4 to 9 months
• Grade 3 - Next 6 to 9 months
• Grade 4 - Next 6 to 12 months
• Grade 5 - Next 6 to 9 months
• Grade 6 - Next 6 to 12 months

Student can go for Instructor level courses or Degree level courses after completion of above grades.
After Grade 6 students may apply for the pre-1st Level Test. From Grade 6 onwards you may apply for the trainee Instructor level 1 course. The average time of training before attempting the 1st Level test is 1 year. The levels extend up to 4th Level, which could be achieved after a minimum of 6 or more years training.
GRADE :
Each Grade consist of 2 groups: Group A and Group B : On completion A, B group techniques, students are eligible to start revision for the first Grading test. Students should check with an Instructor before and during their revision, and have their Grading Application signed by an Instructor and be submitted no later than 1 week prior to the grading.
GRADE - 1: [A] Basic theory of Wing Chun and the first form, Wing Chun stance and its importance, pivoting, improvement or growth of punching and kicking, blocking and grabbing techniques. Logic of wing chun techniques i.e. the do's and don'ts of practical self-defence.
GRADE - 1: [B] Continue with the first form, Counter to various punching and kicking attacks & blocking & elbow. Combination and extension of above mention Techniques. Emphasis on flexibility of movement, good angle, speed and reflex. Introduction to Dan Chi Sau (Single sticking hands) and sparring. Emphasis on punching and kicking power.
GRADE - 2: [A] Further application of the first Form. Introduction to single sticking hands. Four corner deflection techniques. Free sparring. Emphasis placed on quick response to random attacks. Introduction to advanced kicking. Defence against several attackers. Defence against weapons.
GRADE - 2: [B] Development of sticking hands - stance and forward force. Applications of sticking hand principles - eg. Lap sau, chark jong, and counter attack - capability to respond by reflex to any type of strike. Further use of legs to defend against kicking attacks & palm. Advanced Wing Chun Theory - refers to the 'Wing Chun Kung Fu'.
Complete Knowledge In Sil Lim Tau
GRADE - 3: [A] Learn the movement and basic theory of the second form Chum Kiu; advance application of Siu Lim Tao form; introduction to advance power generation, chi sau and Lap sau, more advance kicking application and it's uses in pratical life and introduction to the correct use of body mass during movement.
GRADE - 3: [B] Introduction to double sticky hand, Application of sticky hand, Advance technique and Introduction to Chi kung Breathing, Meditation and theory.
GRADE - 4: [A] Applications of the chum kiu form; advanced Chi sau and other wing chun techniques,
GRADE - 4: [B] Advance double sticky hand, sticky leg, Application, Movement and Advance technique continue with Chi kung Breathing and chi meditation, theory (student can refer any books on Yoga for meditation only), etc.
Complete Knowledge In Chum Kiu
GRADE - 5: [A] Learn the movement and basic theory of the third form Biu Jee.
GRADE - 5: [B] Applications of the Biu Jee form, Continue with double sticky hand, leg, Application.
GRADE - 6: [A] Advanced applications of the Biu Jee form; development of the redirections of external forces to the centre of the vortex; further development of thought force; more advanced Chi Sau; further generation or mental focus and forward force.
GRADE - 6: [B] Learn the movements and basic theory of fourth form Mok yan Jong (wooden dummy); Sparring tech. Also revise the all above three forms and its application.
Complete Knowledge In Biu Jee
PRE-1ST LEVEL: Students may be invited to apply for the pre-1st Level (Black Sash) test after completing the required training and being personally assessed by the Senior Instructor.
Degree level ranking system starts form 1st Degree, 2nd Degree, 3rd Degree, etc. Instructor level ranking system starts from Assistant Instructor, After completion of 4 level courses student have full knowledge of all wing chun form then student can apply for mastering on wing chun system.
Instructor Level 1 : Learn the movements and Advance theory of fourth form Mok yan Jong (wooden dummy) and basic application.
Instructor Level 2 : Learn the activities and basic concept of the fifth form Lok Dim Boon (six and a half point plow or long pole); advance uses of the dummy form bringing the essential elements of the three forms together; learning how to teach to senior level; further improvement of thought, progressive Chi Sau and Lap Sau, further generation of mental focus, bold and spiritual force.
Instructor Level 3 : Learn the Form and basic theory of the Sixth form Bart Jarm Do (eight chopping knives - butterfly knives); higher applications of the butterfly knives form, also development of force, advance technique of the wing chun system.
Instructor Level 4 : Learn to analysis and assess to validity of techniques advance applications of Bart Jarm Do form further improvement of those force and energy, also mastery on wing chun system and it's grate concept.

Grade II : 1000 INR / Exam.
Grade III : 1000 INR / Exam.
Grade IV : 1000 INR / Exam.
